Apply simple mathematics to be positive
Have you ever faced a situation in which you are depressed and your
friend is giving you advice to be positive? Some of your friends might have given you motivational
speech and some of them might have shown you motivational video of
some motivational speaker.But
have you ever met a person who will suggest you to apply simple
mathematics to get rid of negative thoughts?
Some
you may say that mathematics itself is a big source of negativity for
us, how can it help us to be positive? Don’t worry friends I am not
talking about that engineering mathematics. To be positive you just
need simple mathematical operations like addition and subtraction.
Let us
imagine, there is a person whose mind is full of negative thoughts,
let us suppose he had 1000 negative and 50 positive thoughts in his
mind. So if you want to remove negativity from that person, apply
simple mathematics in a following way:
State
of mind = 1000 negative thoughts + 50 positive thoughts
State
of mind = -1000+50
State
of mind = -950
State
of mind = Negative =
Present state of mind
To
achieve the neutral state of mind we should add some positive
thoughts according to state of mind.
Present
state of mind + 950 positive thoughts = -950+950
State
of mind = 0 (neutral)=
Neutral state
Further,
to achieve positive state of mind we should add more positive
thoughts.
State
of mind = Neutral state + 10 positive thoughts = 0+10
State
of mind = +10 (Positive state)
This is
how you can apply simple mathematics to achieve positive state of
mind. Everyday you should apply mathematics and you should check state
of mind and according to that you should add positive thoughts in
accordance with intensity of negative thoughts. There are different ways to add positive thoughts in your mind and we all know this
simple mathematics but we are not applying it because we are not aware
about this thing. So be aware and see the difference.
